Our sanctuary is dedicated to undisturbed alpine stillness, architectural harmony, and ecological stewardship. All patrons and guests agree to conduct themselves in alignment with this ethos.
2. Arrival & Departure Protocols
Due to our high-altitude geographical location (2,140 meters above sea level), all arrivals are coordinated in advance with the Master Concierge. Private vehicle access is restricted to zero-emission electric vehicles within the inner perimeter. Valet electric charging stations and subterranean parking facilities are provided. In conditions of extreme blizzard or avalanche warning, the estate management reserves sovereign authority to modify ascent routes via funicular or rotary air dispatch.
3. Quietude & Sanctuary Code
To preserve absolute sensory decompression:

6. Governing Jurisdiction & Arbitral Tribunal
These covenants are constructed and governed exclusively according to the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflicts of law doctrines. Any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or related to estate residency shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration of the Swiss Arbitration Centre in Chur, Canton of Grisons.
